I am qualified as both a Hatha and an Ashtanga Yoga Teacher and from early on in my yoga practice I have integrated the yoga and healing. Yoga really embodies my belief that for complete healing to occur, it is necessary to include, the heart, body and spirit.
Therapeutic Yoga is effective for those recovering from, or living with, injury or illness. It combines well with therapeutic massage and includes and empowers you in your own healing process.
Therapeutic Yoga combines restorative yoga (supported postures), gentle yoga, breathwork, hands-on healing, and guided meditation techniques in such a way that it is an excellent choice for those who need something gentle yet effective for bringing the body into balance and reducing stress.
